Smoking and the use of drugs are not allowed inside the rooms, general areas and premises of SGHG. You can smoke outside under the condition that you will clean up the cigarette butts so it doesn't bother anyone.

Check-in is possible within our office's opening hours. If you would like to check-in earlier just send us a message and we will see if that's possible.

Our office does not provide space to store luggage. We use the reception of Hotel Miss Blanche to meet new tenants but it is not possible to store luggage there. If you travel by train, maybe you could rent a locker at the train station.

The rooms (category A, B, C) all share the kitchen, bathing and washing facilities with 10 persons on each floor. The studios (category D) all have their own kitchen, bathroom and washing machine. The studios can use the same dryer as the rooms.

If you cancel before the start of the lease, 50% of the deposit will be charged and 50% of the deposit will be returned. If you cancel after the start of the lease, 100% of the deposit will be charged.

Depending on availability this is possible, but please be aware that there are costs involved.

If you decide to leave earlier of course that is up to you, but you will still be responsible for the rent until the end date of your agreement.

The first payment can be done by credit card or bank transfer. For the following months we will debit the rent automatically from your (European) bank account using a debit authorization form.
