  • 37 rooms and 3 self-sufficient studios
  • Rental period: 6 months or 12 months. Starting 1st of February and 1st of August
  • Located in the city centre
  • 5 min. walk to the university / 10 min. to central station
  • WiFi, G/W/E, furnished, cleaning of general areas , washing facilities, shared kitchen and sanitary on each floor
  • Supervision of a janitor

The Student Guest House is located at a unique location, has 37 rooms and 3 self sufficient studio’s all divided over 4 floors and 2 entrances. You can choose between 4 categories, each with its own price and m2. The rooms and studios are rented excluding the matrasses.
