You’re welcome to share your room preferences during the booking process. We will do our best to assign you a room that suits your needs.
After your official check‐out date, we will inspect all rooms for any damages. You can expect your deposit to be returned within 14 days after the inspection.
Early check‐in and late check‐out are not available. We follow a fixed schedule to ensure the house can be properly cleaned and prepared for the next student.
Bookings open on 1 October for Semester 1 and 1 March for Semester 2.
We provide all essential facilities for a comfortable stay. Please visit our rooms page for a detailed overview.
We aim to send all contracts within 14 days of your booking. If you haven’t received yours after that period, please contact us.
We offer several payment methods, with a preference for direct debit via credit card. You can also pay through a payment link.
Check‐in takes place at the reception of Hotel Miss Blanche, located at Hoge der A 4.
Unfortunately, the Student Guesthouse is intended for students only. If your parents need accommodation, our reception team can help you book a room at Hotel Miss Blanche.
We’re sorry to hear that. Our fixed‐term contracts cannot be terminated early.
The Student Guesthouse provides temporary housing for new students in Groningen. For this reason, contract extensions are not permitted by law. Bachelor students may stay for up to six months, and master students for up to one year.
Yes, you are expected to bring your own kitchenware, such as pots, plates, cutlery, etc.
